Processing Time

Orders placed during our business hours are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Business Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

All standard product orders are shipped via FedEx.

Replacement parts or accessory items, such as brackets, may be shipped separately via USPS.

Split Shipments

Due to the size, weight, and shipping requirements of certain products, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.

For example:

Certain front bumpers may be shipped in two separate packages
Combination orders, such as front bumpers and rear bumpers, may be shipped from different warehouses depending on product availability and warehouse inventory

As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

Free shipping is available for all eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Puerto Rico
Guam
U.S. Virgin Islands
American Samoa
Northern Mariana Islands
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Certain remote or high-cost ZIP code areas
